Marcus joined Bruno, Colin, Goddard & Low, P.C. in 2024. Marcus represents clients in matters of civil, criminal, and administrative matters.

Before joining the firm, Marcus served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Todd Vriesman, District Court Judge for Colorado’s First Judicial District. Marcus also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Timothy McManus, District Court Judge for Minnesota’s First Judicial District while in law school. Prior to enrolling in law school, Marcus worked in politics for several years as a legislative aid to an elected official in the Minnesota State Senate and as the elected official’s campaign manager.

Marcus graduated from St. John’s University in Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts, majoring in Political Science while also competing as an NCAA student/athlete, pitching for the baseball team. Marcus received his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minnesota where he competed on the ABA Moot Court team.
